Dinner night with Camren and family

 

Camren and the boys came over last night for dinner. I was so excited to have them over. It has been about six months since they moved to Lompoc, and so visiting each other has not been easy. I was glad to spend time with her. She is so positive and sweet. We were able to do a lot of catching up. I was glad to hear that the move to Lompoc was for the better.  I made huaraches for dinner. They are similar to sopes but are much longer. It was the first time I had made them ....and will be the last! I prefer sopes -less messy! I look forward to our next dinner date at my house. :)

 Tio Ricky lost his battle with ALS... he passed away in November.

Andy and Mica's engagement party

 Andy proposed to Mica finally!! We are so blessed to have them a part of our lives because they are such a great couple! They both have a beautiful sense of humor. I love them very much and cant wait till May when we can enjoy their wedding! :D......cant wait!!!

Visit from Nana!

Andres stopped by his dads on Saturday and during his visit was able to see our Nana. I haven't seen her in over a year. When Andres came home, I was so happy to see that he brought Nana along. The kids and I were excited. Seeing her brings back memories of my Great Grandma. I was also happy when my mother in law and sister in law stopped by. We captured this picture for memories of good times with our Nana! :)

Snow boarding 2011! yeah baby ;D

I finally went snowboarding this year! I was privileged to go with my best girls Moe and Mally. Anna came along too:) we had a blast. I look forward to our trip to big bear come 2012...yeah we are going big this coming year..haha.

Yummy Tamales!

 My sister in law and mother in law came over to my house this week and together made tamales. I had a blast with the girls. By the time Andres came home the Tamales were ready to serve. Mica even came over and was able to enjoy as well.
