Special day assembly

We had our special day Assembly in Oxnard this year. It was so nice to be around so many Jehovah's Witnesses. We had a special speaker that came down all the way from New York. He was from Bethel. The first part of his talk, I was in tears! I did not know what was wrong with me!! I honestly thought It was just me being hormonal! I was glad to hear that I wasn't the only one in tears. I felt Jehovah's holy spirit! You had to be there to experience the feeling. All I can say is that I'm so grateful to have found the truth! Brother Homell's talk encouraged me so much! Hearing about all the experiences my fellow brothers and sisters have gone through and are continuing to go through is really touching!
I have been through so much in life. I have always seek'd to know more about God. When I first started studying with Jehovah's witnesses, I was feeling unsure about the change that I would have to make in my life. I had given my bible study teacher such a hard time. I told her that I only wanted to hear from the Holy Bible, I didn't want to use "there bible"! I was surprised to see that they had the same exact bible as I did. The only difference was that The bible I had, Did not have Jehovah's name written in it. I was surprised to read in the beginning of the bible, that The publisher took the name of Jehovah out! It really opened my eyes when I read that for myself! I decided then to make it my goal to learn about the bible and gradually make the changes necessary in my life. I have made so many changes in my life since I first began learning God's word. I'm so grateful that Jehovah unblinded me, so that I would be able to understand his word. I love Jehovah with my whole heart and soul. I enjoy teaching my kids about him and I love seeing the changes in our family due to our makers works. I love that Andres and I believe and Worship our God together. I know that is why we have so much love for one another. I wish so much that the world would read the bible and not just listen to man. So many people are being mis-lead by their pastors, priests, bishops, etc,. I know that Jehovah's witnesses go directly off of the bible.I've read for myself. It's really God's holy spirit through Jesus Christ that has lead the way for us. How grateful I am to my Lord!

I'M SO HAPPY THAT ANDRES WAS ABLE TO ATTEND THIS MUSEUM!!!
We decided to go to the museum of Art in LA. I love art! It was so neat to see how old they were~literally!
We were not able to finish seeing every building, so we gotta go back! I'm excited to. I enjoyed being with all our family! We were able to see mummy tombs from the Egyptian era! There was also a lot of Roman Catholic art! I didn't like the mid-evil feel of it, but it was well designed!
I loved the yellow one!
Me and my Jacob! This portrait was so detailed!!
the coffins dated back Egypt's 22ND dynasty 1000-900 BC
Me and the girls awed by this gown! it was dated back to the 1800's! :)
I love my hubby!!I'm so happy he went with us!

This spring break has been so much fun! We have done so much together. We decided to take a trip up to the Natural history museum in LA. This museum is so cool. They have so much to look at. I honestly want to go again just to take our time and look at the fossils longer then we had and I have to make sure that Andres comes along this time! He really missed out. :/
My kiddo's love bears! I think because of there fluffy-ness!....cause I'm scarred of them!

A gray whale skeleton! The kids were so scarred of this room. I thought it was neat! As you walk in you can feel the room vibrate by the noises of the whale's callings.

This skeleton was so old! It was really neat to see how our first ancestors looked like. Monique joked about how it was my department! :)

My little Jacob was so fascinated with the old cars  and wagons! He is so much like Andres!Monique and I are always talking about how this is our era! We were honestly meant to be in the 1800's! The dress was so Modest and the lifestyle was so pure. We love how classy women once were. I can go on and on about why we love the 1800's!

She was born 1 minute after her twin sister Gabriella.
Annabella is such a sweet heart! She is always willing to please and help. She is always being looked after by her sister Gabriella. It's just so cute to watch them together. They have this bond that is hard to explain. I'm so proud of our Belle. She's daddy's little girl. She loves her daddy and I so much!! But, When her daddy gives her attention she melts. Welcome to Hollywood!..what's your dream?

I've been on Spring break this past week! Our plans for our weekend camping trip had to be canceled due to the weather. So, I told my kids that I wanted to plan something fun throughout the week. Today we decided to head out to Hollywood. I really love the fact that we live in California. Although, the prices of everything are extremely high, we do have the upside to living in Cali. We went to the wax museum! It was a lot of fun. I love spending time with my family. Family time is so important in keeping that strong bond!

New Projects...

I've always been a hands on person! I do everything -I can possibly do, on my own. So far I've painted the entire house..ceilings and all! At our old house in Frazier park, I stained the kitchen cabinets. So, I decided to stain our furniture! Andres had a fully furnished home when we met. The look and style was rustic. The furniture has been in excellent condition all these years. I had been considering buying something different, but I did not and could not get to that point of selling the furniture! It's been a part of our family for 9 years now. So, I gave the furniture a face lift! :) I really love the results of the furniture! HEE HEE
