Slumber PaRtY;D

This is the first time that Gabriella and Annabella have hosted a slumber party. My girls are not allowed to stay the night at anyones house. Andres and I chose to raise our girls that way for their own protection. They have been invited, but never been. Our friends from the Kingdom Hall have a daughter the same age as my twins. It was perfect when we changed congregations because at our previous one, there weren't many kids around the same age. I was so happy when Alyanna was allowed to stay over our home. I knew this was a big deal!! Alyanna had never stayed at anyone's home either. It was touching that her parents trusted in us enough to allow their daughter and niece to stay the night with our family. :) 

 We made the best of this opportunity. That night Monique did the girls nails and they watched movies and played dress up!! When morning came, We all got dressed and headed off to Ralph's to buy cup cake decor! We had a blast :) I decorated a place mat with their names on it.

Scooter JuNgLe ;D

Andres and I decided to take our kids to Scooter Jungle. They only have a family night about twice a month, so we had promised our kids that we would take them on the next family fun night. Well the day came and my girls did not forget!! Ha Ha. I don't blame them.. if I were them I wouldn't have forgotten either! I'm glad we went. Some days are hectic especially with everyone being in school.Of course Scooter Jungle wouldn't have a family fun night on the weekends cause it's especially reserved for parties..soo we had to prepare for our family day to be during the week! I told my girls that if they had their homework finished by the day of family fun night, then we would go! :) it worked! They were happily done with all the homework for the day:)

NephewS aNd NieceS

My sister Rachel brought the kids over for some quality family time. I hadn't seen them in over a year! It was such an amazing weekend having their little faces and laughters fill our home with wholesome warmth! I love them so much. I wish that someday we will all be within a mile radius..ha ha. It would be a dream come true to me. I was raised surrounded by all my cousins! My Aunt and Uncle would drive the distance to see us every weekend. It's a memory I will never forget. I too want my children to experience that love of having family around always:)

 Asmaa, Deana, and I went out to dinner for our hard studying during our winter break! We decided not to take the much needed time off of school for granted. So we spent the majority of it studying! So we got together to study our lecture notes that our teacher had previously given to us.I'm glad we did that because our teacher literally took off with a bang this semester! The week before the semester started, we planned on having some much needed drinks and down time. We talked and enjoyed some time together, without having to mention a biological term! haha.

Bowling with family and friends!

I haven't posted in a while! We are constantly on the go. So, Andres promised our nephew that we would take him bowling. We invited Angel and Bibiana to come along as well : ) 
It was a fun night. We ate Vincenzo's Pizza...which is so yummy! As we were waiting for our lanes to open, the kids had a blast playing at the arcade. It was nice to see them interact with their cousins and close friend. I want to do more family fun nights with our family!!

Makin Plans:)

I heard this song and had to buy the CD! When I was younger, I had wanted to find that person that I would never want to part from....And so I met my Love. We have been In Love now for almost 9 years. It feels like yesterday when I had given him that phone call. I don't understand the concept of time. It's too fast for me! The memories that we have made and continue to make bring a smile to my face. I'm truly grateful for him. He is my total package. God has blessed me with Andres. 
Last night we had company over. Our old real estate agents/lenders. It is sad to sit back and listen to them! They are so lost pursuing a road that will never bring them happiness. I hope that they can take our advice and worship our Heavenly Father. I'm grateful to have Andres!! I'm grateful that we are able to believe and love and trust in our God with all our hearts! People need to open there eyes...so that they may see the entire picture. Life is too short to waste pursuing material things. Andres quoted a scripture last night about how our Lord feeds the birds, and how much more our Lord will feed and clothe us that we are his children. :)  My heart is happy! I love my Man:)

I've started the semester up again! I'm so happy that I was able to have the same teacher as before. Mrs. Betty Rose is an amazing teacher!! I wish there where more of her out there. She truly cares about her students. Just the other day she had to drop some of her students due to budget costs. She cried having to let them know that she was unable to add them. It was so hard for me to see her go through that. I love this lady:)
I'm taking a cardio fitness class with Natali. It's been fun so far. I don't like to work out but I knew that I had to be active this semester because last semester I gained 10lbs!! Crazy.
Andres has been busy working. He recently fixed another engine! I love to see him work because he loves what he does and he's so good at it too! :D He's the love of my life. I still enjoy ever minute we spend together. He's been a gift sent from God! :)
The kids are almost done with this year! Monique is gonna graduate soon. she just turned 18! Breaks my heart. I love my sister. I wish time can stand still sometimes. I'm very proud of her and all my family.
